How do you market listings?+
Before your home ever hits the open market, it's matched against my database of active buyers who are already looking in your area. From there, every listing gets professional photography, Matterport 3D virtual tours, and detailed floor plans, so buyers can walk through a home online before they ever step inside. Listings are syndicated to more than 1,100 real estate websites for maximum exposure, and I use direct-response marketing built to generate real buyer inquiries, not just views. It's a strategic, data-driven approach to getting your home in front of the right buyers, not a sign in the yard and a hope.
What should I expect in terms of communication?+
